About concierge care
ROSKYRO is a healthcare concierge practice in India. Members pay an annual membership. In return they get a personal physician who keeps a small panel, answers the phone, sees them the same day and stays with them if they are admitted to hospital.
Concierge care, also called membership medicine or retainer medicine, exists because the usual arrangement has stopped working for many families. The OPD visit is short, the doctor changes, and nobody holds the whole story. We built a practice around the opposite idea: fewer patients per physician, and more time for each one.
What concierge care at ROSKYRO includes
- Same-day visits. Write before noon and you are seen the same day. Evening slots exist for people who work.
- A number that answers. Your physician's phone, not a call centre. Nights and travel included.
- Unhurried appointments. The panel is small, so visits start on time and are not squeezed into twelve minutes.
- Hospital advocacy. If you are admitted, your physician is in the room with your notes and with your family.
- One chart, kept for years. Medicines, allergies, what you already tried and what you will not do again.
- Care that travels. Video visits from a hotel, a second opinion before surgery, records that follow you to another city or country.
Everyday medicine, handled properly
Your personal physician is your first call, not your last resort. Membership covers the full range of ongoing primary care:
- A long annual health review with full labs and a written plan you can actually keep
- Acute illness such as fever, injury or a night that went wrong
- Long-term conditions including diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and thyroid problems, managed without the ping-pong of referrals
- Medicine reconciliation: every pill and supplement checked against the others
- Family care for parents, children and the relative who never books an appointment
- Second opinions before a surgery or scan that does not sit right
You can keep your existing specialists. Your physician coordinates them, so you have one person who sees the whole picture. See how this works at every stage in our 360° care journey.
How a ROSKYRO membership works
Choose a physician in your city, or ask us to suggest one. You then have a conversation about your health, your family and what you expect from a doctor. Membership begins only after that conversation and a written agreement. Fees are quoted individually, because cities, physicians and households differ.
There are three formats:
- Individual. One adult, with unlimited visits, 24/7 physician access, same-day appointments, hospital advocacy and a written annual plan.
- Couple. Two adults who share a household. Joint records when you want them, private notes when you do not.
- Household. Two adults and children under 18, or a parent you look after in another city, with one physician leading coordinated care.
Each physician keeps a deliberately limited panel, often between 50 and 150 families. That is why we sometimes have to say a panel is full.
Concierge care is not health insurance
Membership pays for your physician's time and access. It does not replace health insurance. Keep your existing cover for hospital admissions, scans and hospital bills. What changes is who is looking after you before, during and after those events.
Where we practise
ROSKYRO physicians practise in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad and Chennai. Some of our members live abroad and rely on us for parents who live here. We work with local hospitals and keep a record that a family member overseas can trust.
Who concierge care suits
Concierge care suits busy professionals who cannot lose a morning to a waiting room, families looking after ageing parents, people with long-term conditions who want continuity, and households that are tired of carrying three sets of notes between three doctors.
It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital, and call us as soon as you can.
