Same-day visits
If you write before noon, you are seen the same day. Evenings exist for people who work.
You get a physician who is easy to reach and has time for you. Their approach is to prevent problems where possible, not only treat them after they start.
Message or call your physician directly.
Seen when you are unwell.
Time to talk, examine and understand.
A doctor who knows your history and goals.
Ask about visits for parents or family who are in town.
Screening, follow-ups and goals written down.
Results and questions do not fall through.
Catch problems early rather than treat them late.

A longer consultation changes what a visit can do. Your doctor can go through your reports with you, explain what they mean, listen to your worries, and agree on what to do next. You leave knowing why, not only what.
Because the panel is small, you can also see your doctor more often for check-ins, not only when something goes wrong.
The point is simple: you are a person to your doctor, not a token number.
Together you set goals and a schedule for tests, follow-ups and lifestyle changes. Your doctor keeps track of your numbers and acts early when something moves the wrong way.
If you live with a long-term condition, regular consults are the point of membership. Here are the conditions we can help you keep under control:
Which conditions are managed depends on your doctor’s specialty. Some are co-managed with a specialist. Ask your doctor before joining if your condition is not listed.
Care does not stop when you walk out of the clinic. If you have a question while following your plan, you can message or call your doctor. When you need to be seen, you can book a same-day or next-day visit, even for something that is not an emergency.
For emergencies, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Membership
If you write before noon, you are seen the same day. Evenings exist for people who work.
Your physician's phone, not a call centre. Nights and travel included.
You arrive to a room that is ready. Appointments start on time because the panel is small.
If you are admitted, your doctor is in the room — with the notes, and with the family.
We keep the story: medicines, allergies, what you already tried, what you will not do again.
Video from a hotel, a second opinion before surgery, records that follow you to London or Kochi.
Care

A long first visit, full labs, and a written plan you can actually keep.
Fever, injury, a night that went wrong — treated by the doctor who already knows you.
Diabetes, pressure, heart, thyroid: managed without the ping-pong of referrals.
Every pill, every supplement, checked against the others. Quiet work that prevents harm.
Parents, children, the uncle who never books himself. Households, not isolated files.
Before a surgery or a scan that does not sit right, another pair of eyes you trust.
