Non-discrimination

ROSKYRO does not refuse membership or care on the basis of religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, language, age or marital status.

Panel size is limited. A closed panel is not a judgement on the person who asked. It is a limit on how many people one physician can know.

Our commitment

Every person who contacts ROSKYRO is treated with the same courtesy and respect. This applies to members, to people who enquire about membership, to physicians who affiliate with us, to job applicants and to the staff who work here.

Membership and care

We consider membership requests on the basis of whether a physician has room on their panel and whether we can offer the care the person needs. We do not consider the characteristics listed above. If a panel is full, we say so honestly and, where we can, suggest another physician or another route.

Language and communication

Our physicians speak several languages, and each doctor's profile lists the languages they use. Tell us which language you prefer and we will do our best to match you with a physician who speaks it.

Accessibility

If you have a disability and need an adjustment to a visit, a form or a conversation, tell us. We will work with you to find a reasonable way to provide care.

Employment and affiliation

We apply the same principles to hiring, to affiliating physicians and to how we treat the people who work with us.

Raise a concern

If you believe you have been treated unfairly by ROSKYRO, write to care@roskyro.com. Describe what happened, and we will review it seriously and in confidence where we can.
