ROSKYRO Healthcare Concierge ("ROSKYRO", "we", "us") collects only what we need to practise medicine and run memberships. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, who sees it, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number and email address, appointment preferences, the reason for your visit, and any other details you enter in our forms or send us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- Clinical information. Health information that you or your physician enter or share as part of your care.
- Technical information. Basic data such as your device, browser and pages visited, which helps us keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We share information with your physician and the ROSKYRO team who support your care. With your instruction, we share it with hospitals, laboratories and specialists involved in your treatment. We use trusted service providers, such as hosting and email services, who may handle data on our behalf and only for that purpose. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Form submissions are stored in our database and may be forwarded to our clinic WhatsApp number and notification email so that the team can respond quickly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run a marketplace of your data. See our data and consent request page if you want to confirm or change your preferences.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use marketing cookies by default. If we enable analytics or tag management through Google Tag Manager, it will only run when a container is configured on the site, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Medical records are kept for the period required by law and professional rules, even if you ask us to delete other data.
How we protect it
We use access controls, secure hosting and limited staff access to protect information. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details through unsecured channels when you can.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent for a particular use, subject to the medical-record retention required by law. Write to care@roskyro.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the relevant authority under Indian law.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults. If you are enquiring on behalf of a child under 18, you should be a parent or legal guardian.
