We hire slowly. ROSKYRO is a small practice with a clear job: give a limited number of families a physician who is truly theirs. The people we work with matter more than the number of people we have.

Roles we hire for

• Physicians. If you want a smaller panel and still love the work, write to us with a letter, not a CV dump. Tell us who you look after now, what you would change, and why. See also affiliate benefits for how physicians work with us.
• Care coordinators. The job is logistics with manners: records, admissions, the 6 a.m. driver, the lab that lost a sample. You will be the person members meet first, and the person who makes sure the file is there before they are.
• Operations and patient support. People who like operations to be invisible, who answer clearly, and who stay calm when something goes wrong at night.

What we do not hire for

We do not hire growth-hacking roles. We are a clinic with a website. If your strength is making a small thing look big, we are probably not the right place.

What it is like to work here

The work is careful and often quiet. You will work with physicians who know their patients by name, and with members who expect a real answer. We value punctuality, plain language, good records and kindness under pressure.
