What this website is

This website describes a medical membership practice. It gives general information about ROSKYRO, our physicians and our services. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a physician.

Forms are requests, not care

Submitting a form, sending a message or opening WhatsApp from this site is a request. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A relationship begins only when a ROSKYRO physician agrees to take you on.

Not for emergencies

Do not use the public forms or messages for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

Membership

Membership begins only after a conversation with the physician and a written agreement. Fees are quoted individually. The agreement sets out the fee, the term, what is included and the terms for renewal and refunds. Membership is not health insurance, and members should keep their own cover for admissions, scans and hospital bills.

Video and remote consultations

Some care is provided by phone, message or video. Remote care has limits, and your physician will tell you when an in-person visit or hospital care is needed. Remote consultations are provided in line with applicable Indian telemedicine guidelines.

Using the website

You agree to give accurate information in forms, not to misuse the site or try to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The text, images and branding on this site belong to ROSKYRO or its licensors.

Testimonials and stories reflect individual experiences. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, ROSKYRO is not liable for losses that arise from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
